Position Highlights | The University of Arizona Division of Human Resources invites qualified HR professionals to apply for the position of Human Resource Generalist III. Led by a Senior HR Partner, this position will provide strategic guidance and systems support for the college or division as part of HR Modernization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting HR initiatives through the application of HR best practices, relevant laws and policies related to workforce assessment, employment, classification and compensation, employee relations/performance management, training and development.
