Job Summary
Program Mangers (PM) are responsible for overall program development and research of the Center’s transportation program areas. These areas of expertise include engineers and other transportation-related professionals and staff. Goals and strategic plans.
As Program Manager of the Kentucky Transportation Center’s Pavement, Materials, and Geotech, manages personnel and resources to conduct transportation related research. Prepares proposals and oversees data collection. Explores new research opportunities. Prepares technical reports and papers from research findings and presents findings at state and national meetings and conferences.

Preferred Education/Experience
Requires knowledge of two or more professional areas, typically obtained through experience or a four-year college degree plus several years’ experience in a second field degree (may require an advanced degree in some disciplines).
