Building/ Grounds Specialist II (KA10/61121533), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 02. Salary range: $31,200.00 (minimum).   Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Cleans all surfaces in assigned areas. 
Performs floor care in assigned areas. 
Removes waste from assigned areas. 
Maintains equipment and reports maintenance and supply needs.

• Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in the custodial field.
• Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the custodial field.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have knowledge of best cleaning practices. Must be able to operate equipment used in providing custodial services. Must have good communication skills.
