Position Summary:
Are you a creative, detail-oriented student looking for hands-on experience in visual marketing and communication? Join the branding team at the Center for Social and Sustainable Systems (CESOSS), where you’ll collaborate with marketing staff to visually communicate our mission and impact.
Bilingual applicants are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
● Work 15-25 hours per week in a hybrid format.
● Assist in creating brand visuals through digital photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.
● Design marketing materials, including digital graphics, print ads, videos, photos, posters, banners, presentations, and more.
● Contribute to content development for social media, including writing, posting, audience engagement, and sponsored content.
● Support promotional efforts through events, outreach, and student engagement.
● Perform administrative tasks such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
● Maintain and update the organization’s digital asset library.
● Complete other duties as assigned.

Portfolio Submission Requirements:
Applicants must submit at least five (5) examples of their best work, which may include:

✔ Graphic design

✔ Photography/photo editing

✔ Videography/video editing

✔ A mix of the above categories

Submission Options:
● Attach files (PowerPoint, Word document, or PDF) to your application.
● Provide a public link to a portfolio website or upload work via Google Drive or Dropbox.

Minimum Qualifications:
● Proficiency in digital photography, videography, photo/video editing, and/or graphic design.
● Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Background in marketing, creative production, writing, or design.
● Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
● Strong grammar and proofreading skills.
