Position Summary | Cafeteria Aid is responsible for handling large amounts of money and held accountable for any cash shortages, is responsible for credit card transactions and following proper procedures to insure customers are being charged appropriately and avoid fraudulent activity Assis customers with order taking Work steam table, dish washing, sweeping and mopping Must clean all surfaces to insure proper sanitation for health purposes Assist in catering (food preparation, keep all food at the proper temperature) Assist with the set-up, breakdown and clean-up of catered events
