Job Summary
This position provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Strategic Communications and Creative Services units, ensuring UK Athletics is positioned as a national leader in brand strategy and digital engagement. The role drives department-wide communication efforts, leads branding and NIL education initiatives for student-athletes and staff, and supports revenue generation through coordinated messaging across platforms. Collaborating with internal and external partners, this position champions innovation, consistency, and impact in all aspects of visual and written communications.
This position must comply with NCAA, SEC and University policies, rules and regulations.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes
Preferred Education/Experience
1. Experience working in NCAA Division I athletics.
2. Demonstrated experience supporting student-athlete branding and NIL education initiatives.
3. Familiarity with tools like INFLCR, Opendorse, or other NIL platforms.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
