Grade and Salary: Grade 4 (£22,044.88 - £24,069.76 pro rata)

FTE and working pattern:  Part time - 0.5 FTE - 17.5 hours, shift based, evening and weekend work will be required.

Purpose of Role: Oriam is looking to appoint enthusiastic tennis coaches that are passionate about coaching on a programme at brand new six court facility. 

Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Delivery of Oriam tennis coaching sessions as per programme and coaching curriculum.
  • Record attendance at classes and fill out necessary paperwork for Go Learn.
  • As per LTA requirements, attend regular CPD to develop skills and experiences.

    • Education, Qualifications & Experience:

    Essential

  • Qualified to LTA Level 2 Coaching Award.
  • Accredited to LTA Accredited+.
  • Proven experience in tennis coaching, possessing the personality, initiative and energy to take on this key role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, through effective communication in a positive, influential and timely manner across a range of communications.
  • Commitment to work regular mornings, evenings and weekends, as per programme schedule.
  • Competent in the use of relevant IT packages.

  • Qualified to LTA Level 3
  • Demonstratable commitment to developing personal and technical skills out with main tennis coaching pathway.
