The Role
We are currently looking for a talented ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT Services team.
You will play a key part in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the University’s ServiceNow platform, ensuring the smooth operation of the services that support our staff, students, and researchers.
Implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules based on business requirements, including ITSM and CSM, you'll help develop and maintain forms, workflows, client scripts, and business rules to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
As a key player in the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow environment, you will work with stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver solutions that align with user needs and the university's strategic goals. Developing and maintain forms, workflows, client scripts, and business rules you will help to enhance ServiceNow functionality for our huge user-base. .
You will also be involved in troubleshooting technical issues, implementing best practices, and ensuring that our ServiceNow platform is constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of the institution. Managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub and supporting instance upgrades, patches, and plugin activations to keep the platform up to date; you'll ensure all work adheres to university architecture and security standards.

- Bonus points if you’ve dabbled with integrations or have a bit of ITIL experience!
