Are you passionate about maritime education and sales? The Short Course Sales Team at Warsash Maritime School (WMS) is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team!

The Sales Executive (Maritime) will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators to enhance the School’s revenue by proactively serving both existing and new clients. This client-facing role necessitates on-site presence to ensure exceptional customer experiences and efficient booking administration. Successful candidates will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy and be able to thrive in a fast-past environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of all maritime professional short courses and the booking system.
  • Provide outstanding customer service for all sales enquiries.
  • Ensure efficient enrolment of delegates in line with professional body requirements and university procedures.
  • Support the Sales Team Leader in executing sales campaigns to commercial clients.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with academic heads, course leaders, and the corporate business team to maintain the University’s excellent reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent/relevant sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service administration within a large organisation, ideally in an education or commercial training environment.
  • High level of administration and communication skills.
