Applications are invited for a Research Associate in Medical Statistics. The successful candidate will join the team of statisticians in the Cambridge Clinical Trials Unit-Cancer theme (CCTU-CT), within the Department of Oncology, part of the School of Clinical Medicine at the University of Cambridge.
The post will involve developing methodology for the design and analysis of clinical trial data and supporting their implementation in clinical trials. In addition, the post holder will be required to produce interim and final reports for CCTU-CT studies and participate in their publication.
Applicants should have a degree in statistics or a relevant discipline and hold a PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.

Appointment at Research Associate level is dependent on having a PhD. Those who have submitted but not yet received their PhD will initially be appointed as a Research Assistant (Grade 5, Point 38 £34,132) moving to Research Associate (Grade 7) upon confirmation of your PhD award.
