INTERNAL VACANCY

This vacancy is open to employees of the University of Nottingham only.

As part of the evolution of the Application Support function within Digital & Technology Services to incorporate support for our newly implemented Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, UniCore, we are delighted to share an opportunity for an internal UoN candidate to join our team in a new position of Reporting Developer (Oracle).

The Reporting Developer (Oracle) will be a technical lead/authority for designing, developing and delivering high-quality reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI). You will be a technical expert in report development, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and transform them into meaningful business information, at all times ensuring data integrity and outputs delivered within a coherent architecture.

This new role provides a fantastic opportunity for an existing UoN staff member to learn new skills and progress into a specialist technical position, ensuring that we maximise the benefits from our ERP system and fully develop its reporting capacity to inform the critical business functions of the university.

If you would like to apply for this exciting new role, please submit your application online, enclosing a copy of your CV and a covering letter stating your suitability for the position. Informal enquiries may be addressed to Anthony Hill, Head of Application Support within Digital & Technology Services.
