The University of Winchester continuously evolves to deliver an agile and competitive service to its students and staff.  As part of a wider transformation project, we have refreshed our academic calendar and core teaching delivery and synthesised our departmental structures.

The post holder will work alongside colleagues withing Registry and Academic Quality to translate these changes into the main student operating system, SITS.

The ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and will have experience of working with databases. Knowledge and competency of Microsoft applications is essential. The post-holder must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an eye for detail and be enthusiastic and flexible.

The successful appointee will be expected to commit to minimum of 10 hours work per week, which may be worked on-site or at home  and must manage their own workload with little or no supervision.

The successful candidate/s must be available to work between the period of 14 April and 31 May 2025
