  •  Salary: £31,459 - £36,616 per annum(pro rata)

The Centre for Teaching and Learning is the University of Oxford’s hub for learning and teaching enhancement, supporting the delivery of Oxford University’s outstanding personalised education. About the Role  

The Programme Administrator will work in a job share, ensuring continuity of support for the Centre for Teaching and Learning's teaching development programmes. Responsibilities include participant communication, event coordination, admissions, assessment processes and record-keeping. You will collaborate with the Scheme lead, Programme Director, Office Manager, and team members, liaise with external bodies, contribute to reports and data monitoring, and assist the Centre’s activities. This role offers skill development opportunities in a supportive environment while contributing to educational excellence at Oxford University.

About You 

We are seeking someone who is passionate about programme administration and supporting student-staff partnership working. You will have experience in an administrative role and a track record of working accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service and support to colleagues. Confident using Microsoft Office and handling data, you’ll enjoy learning new systems and using your initiative to solve problems and improve processes.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the University and work productively with colleagues in a variety of roles. You’ll be comfortable managing a varied workload, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Sponsorship and Right To Work This role does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa under the UK Visa & Immigration points-based system. We are therefore unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
