We are actively seeking to diversify the profile of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office and would encourage applicants from people from diversity groups.

An opportunity has arisen for a temporary full-time position of PA within the Vice-Chancellor’s Office, with an emphasis on the organisation of travel, particularly international. In a fast-moving and dynamic working environment you will be responsible for providing the highest level of executive support.  The end date for this temporary position will be 26th January 2026. 

You will be working closely with the executive team based within the Vice-Chancellor’s Office and you will help to develop and maintain administrative and support systems to the highest standard. You must be able to operate in a highly professional manner and will be required to form and maintain a wide range of professional relationships both across the university and with external stakeholders. You should be able to multi-task and will have exceptional organisational, communication and prioritisation skills.
