MBBS Online Learning Administrator

We are looking to appoint an exceptional person to join the MBBS (Medicine) team. The postholder will provide excellent administrative support (to students, academics and clinicians) across the online learning area of the MBBS programme. The successful candidate will support the in-person and remote delivery of teaching via the institutional VLE (Canvas) and other features of learning technology. They will also assist with the e-portfolio platform and timetabling. We would like to hear from suitably qualified candidates who are keen to progress their skills in this new role in a university setting.

Key attributes of the successful applicant include:

  • Experience of supporting online learning and technologies and Virtual Learning Environments   
  • Experience of and ability to work to tight deadlines and use judgement and initiative to prioritise workload 
  • Strong organisational, time-management and communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
