Richmond American University London is looking to appoint a confident, creative and technically capable Marketing Automation and Campaigns Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team.

You'll lead on the delivery of email marketing and CRM communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping us turn interest into action through personalised, timely and high-performing journeys. You’ll also support the execution of recruitment campaigns across other channels, coordinating creative assets and collaborating with content, digital, and recruitment colleagues to make sure our communications feel consistent, bold, beautifully joined-up and drive tangible results.
