Who are Thiscovery?
Thiscovery are online health and care research and engagement specialists. We are a hybrid, not-for-profit social enterprise, driven by a shared mission to improve health and care across the UK and beyond by gathering insights that spark meaningful change. Our roots are in the University of Cambridge, at The Healthcare Improvement Studies Institute (THIS Institute), a research centre made possible by the Health Foundation – an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.
We use our expertise, our accessible online data collection platform, and our growing crowd of engaged participants to deliver user-friendly online projects, uncovering unique perspectives from across all health and care settings. Our clients range from universities, NHS Trusts, and public sector bodies to digital health technology companies and Royal Colleges.
Your role at Thiscovery

With a particular focus on exemplary online survey design and analysis, the role requires effective liaison with colleagues across the organisation to deliver the highest standards of participant and client experience. The post-holder will additionally, with the Chief Scientific and Innovation Officer, contribute to the overall strategy for programme delivery based on creating and scaling our impact, helping to build a culture of continuous development, and developing approaches to drive performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in line with our organisational values of empathy and integrity.
