We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and motivated Hockey Development Coach to join our thriving department. This is an exciting opportunity for a coach looking to further their career in a dynamic and diverse environment, with the potential for progression into teaching.

The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, expertise, and a commitment to excellence, playing a key role in driving high standards across the school’s sporting provision. From day one, they will be expected to deliver outstanding coaching experiences, working with students of all ages and abilities.

All coaches contribute to the wider sporting programme in both lead and supporting roles, and the successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Sport and Heads of Sport to forge community partnerships that provide enriching sporting opportunities for young people across Lewisham.

Beyond the pitch, coaches are fully involved in the broader life of the College. This includes supporting with duties, contributing to the pastoral system, and, where appropriate, acting as a tutor or co-tutor. The relationships built through sport are central to promoting the mental and physical wellbeing of our students.

Employment Status: Part-Time, Term Time Only
