Up to £103,559 plus significant market supplement where needed to ensure that the University is able to attract leading professionals to this critical position.

We are recruiting the position of Director of Development, Schools Programme, an exciting opportunity to join a globally renowned advancement office at one of the world's leading universities.

This is a key position for our office, leading our largest fundraising team responsible for generating philanthropic support for five of the University's six Schools ¿ Arts & Humanities, Biological Sciences, Humanities & Social Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Technology ¿ along with their many world-leading Faculties and Departments.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, University Programmes, and leading a team of 18, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performing, collaborative and mission-driven culture, ensuring your team are empowered to build meaningful, long-term donor relationships.

You will play a central role in shaping and delivering our strategic fundraising ambitions, building strong relationships with senior academic leaders, donors, and colleagues across the collegiate University.

This role is based in central Cambridge. Cambridge Development & Alumni Relations practises a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days a week.

First round interviews for this position are due to take place on the week commencing the 2nd of June.

Second round interviews for this position are due to take place on the week commencing the 9th or 16th of June.
