Amount: 1.381,34 € gross, monthly

Duties and responsabilities:

The position to be filled with this call corresponds to an internationalisation technician for the provision of technical assistance services to the International Relations Service. The person hired will be integrated into the International Relations Service of the University of Huelva with the following functions:
- Collaborate in the preparation and management of the UHU participation projects in the calls framed in the Erasmus+ Programme.
- Carry out tasks related to the promotion of the UHU's participation in the calls for the Erasmus+ mobility Programme, cooperation associations and international cooperation.
- Design and participate in a strategy to promote the dissemination of the UHU among foreign students, aimed at attracting international students.
- Promote and disseminate (including social networks) the projects and initiatives mentioned in previous paragraphs.

Selection process

Merits based tender process (maximum 10 points):

1. Academic training. (The minimum qualification required in the call will not be assessed). Academic training will be valued
a maximum of 1 point.

2. Professional experience. Either in the management of the project or as a participant in it (max. 4.5 points).
2.a. Erasmus+ KA131 and KA171 (2.25 points)
2.b. Erasmus 220 projects, cooperation associations and other international cooperation projects (2.25 points).

3. Accredited languages ​​(maximum 2.5 points). They will be valued as follows:
to. English: C1 and higher: 0.5 points.
b. French:C1 and higher: 0.5 points.
do. Third language:
Yo. B1: 1 point
ii. B2 and higher: 1.5 points.

4. Personal interview, which may take place in English and French: max. 2 points.

In compliance with Section 8 of the Resolution of the University of Huelva of December 17, 2024, which establishes the legal basis and schedule for the publication of public tenders for personnel contracts for the realisation and execution of projects, grants, agreements and contracts with third parties of fixed duration for the year 2025 (BOJA No. 246 of December 20, 2024), the application must be accompanied by the following documents in order for the applications to be included in the lists of admitted and excluded applicants and be submitted to an oficial Registry:
