Place/unit of assignment:

The Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute (I3PT) is a CERCA centre recently accredited as a Health Research Institute by the ISCIII. The I3PT is a biomedical and hospital research and innovation center aimed at generating value by promoting social and economic growth. The candidate will join the Hospital Pharmacy Service within Group A7G1 - Clinical Pharmacy Research. The mission of the Pharmacy Service is to provide the right medicines according to safety, efficacy and efficiency criteria to add value to the pharmacotherapeutic process of patients. The Pharmacy Service is accredited by ISO 9001:2015 standards in dispensing to hospitalized and ambulatory patients, pharmaceutical care, pharmacotechnics, clinical trials and teaching. We are firmly committed to the implementation of a work model based on the quality of the services offered, with a determined focus on the integration of technology in the work dynamics of the organization.

Functions to develop:

Reporting to the Management of the Pharmacy Service and the Coordination of the Clinical Trials Area, their duties to be carried out are:

• Collaborate actively in the Quality Committees to improve the use of medicine within the Pharmacy Service.
• Participate in multidisciplinary working groups related to the use of medicine, as well as in national and international research projects in this field.
• Promote and supervise the Service Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard
• Create, review and maintain quality documentation, including manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical reports.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to incidents in the operational processes of the Service.

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent in health sciences, biology, chemistry, engineering or similar to the functions to be performed.

We offer:

The designated person will be employed, through a temporary contract, due to production circumstances, with a fixed duration (12 months from the start), to attend to the occasional and unanticipated increase in the Foundation's activity, generated by a temporary mismatch between the stable employment available and what is required, in accordance with art 15 ET, as amended by RDL 32/2021, of December 28.

The dedication will be part-time (approx. 47% of the full day) and the working conditions will be in accordance with what is established in the current collective agreement applicable to the center, with a category of Higher or Intermediate degree.

Selection process:

• Curricular assessment (merit assessment in accordance with the items in the section will be assessed and with the corresponding accreditations, except for internal experience which will be accredited ex officio) including the letter of motivation that accompanies the application.
• Personal interview and/or managerial assessment. 
• Psychotechnical test (if applicable)

In compliance with the LISMI, the Foundation will contemplate the reservation for candidates who prove a disability equal to or greater than 33%, provided that they are suitable for the performance of the functions to be covered.
