Skills/Qualifications

Expertise in amplification of endophytoparasitic nematode populations in vitro, as well as tomatoe growth in vitro and in pots. Knowledge on Basic molecular biology techniques such as nucleic acid extraction from plants and root-knot nematodes larvae, as well as transcriptome analysis by massive sequencing and associated bioinformatics analysis. Mortality and hatching assays of eggs and larvae from phytoendoparasite nematodes in vitro. In vitro and in vivo nematode infection and reproduction assays in tomato and Arabidopsis. Analysis of mass spectrometry (ICP mass) and electron microscopy data on biochar particles.
