As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for B2B, B2G and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to drive leads, applications and enrolments into RMIT’s suite of non-accredited and accredited education products in Europe.

You will be responsible for both strategy as well as executing and optimising actionable and effective acquisition and engagement campaigns. You will use market intelligence and insights to ensure a deep understanding of audience segments and personas.

Working closely with RMIT teams including Experience and RMIT Online in Australia, you will also be accountable for collateral design and development to support lead conversion and partnership development by the Education and R&I Partnerships teams at RMIT Europe. 

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in the higher-education sector, preferably private University landscape.
  • Demonstrable experience at understanding and delivering effective B2B, B2G and Account-Based Marketing campaigns and activity.
  • Ability to utilise research, analyse, and create marketing strategies around a segmented audience and utilise data to determine optimal go to market plans for each geographic location, and what type of messaging/creative is best suited to that audience.
  • Strong understanding of standard digital marketing campaign metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent level of interpersonal and consultation skills with an ability to build strong relationships, influence, counsel, challenge where required, drive change, encourage and communicate.

Essential:

  • A minimum of a Master qualification in Marketing with relevant professional experience
  • High level proficiency in English
  • Working rights in Spain
