The rais4be lab is currently seeking candidates for research assistant. The appointed candidates will support the planning and execution of research projects alongside postdoc associate, PhD students, and RAs within the research group and the Centre for 5G Digital Building Technology. This includes conducting research, analysing results, preparing reports and papers. 


Job Requirements


1.    Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant background and knowledge in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
2.    Proficiency with 3D BIM reconstruction, 3D modelling software (Autodesk Revit, Dynamo), including open-source frameworks and algorithms for structural and M&E BIM reconstruction.
3.    Experience in Python programming, machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics will be beneficial.
4.    Experience in Dynamo programming would be preferred. Willing to learn and responsible.
5.    The appointed candidates will support the planning and execution of research projects including conducting research, analysing results, preparing reports and papers
6.    Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
