Project Decarbonization of Energy Sector using an Exergo-Economic Decision Making Framework, no. contract 760089/23.05.2023, code CF31/14.11.2022

The project Decarbonization of Energy Sector using an Exergo-Economic Decision making framework contributes to the decarbonization of energy sector through a holistic approach of sector integration of various energy vectors.

The proposed innovative solution is the 3D approach of holistic exergo-economic integration of different energy vectors for maximizing the tridimensional wellbeing social, economic and environmental. Through the adopted methodology of elaboration of mathematical conceptual multicriteria model and the verification through testing and validating procedures new concepts will be brought to the field. Thus, the project proposes the concept of sector integration for increasing sustainability and flexibility of demand in energy systems, as well as the concept of optimization of energy assets and consumers for testing operating scenarios for decarbonization of the energy sector.
