Specific Requirements

• at least master's degree, master of engineering or equivalent degree in physical education/sports,
• documented competence in management, especially in sports (completed studies, postgraduate studies, professional training),
• At least 3 years' experience in managing a multi-person staff team,
• skills:
   o interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team of employees,
   o communication skills, negotiation skills, building of professional relations,
   o independence in decision-making and working under time pressure,
   o very good organisation of own work and ability to manage time effectively,
• min. 8 years of teaching experience in the field of physical education/sports,
• knowledge of languages: Polish at C1 level and English at minimum B1 level,
• documented pedagogical qualifications (optional),
• meeting the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (j.t. Dz. U. of 2024, item 1571, as amended).
