Skills/Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must:

  • master of Science in Engineering diploma in a field related to mechanical engineering. An additional asset will be holding a master's degree in a technical field related to metal materials engineering and welding;
  • completion of at least 80% of a doctoral dissertation in the discipline of mechanical engineering, with a focus on 3D printing issues;
  • knowledge of issues related to unconventional manufacturing methods, particularly 3D printing and rapid prototyping;
  • competence in using AutoCAD software, confirmed by a certificate;
  • competence in using Ansys software, confirmed by a certificate;
  • competence in using 3ds MAX software, confirmed by a certificate;
  • fluency in the Polish language;
  • active proficiency in English, both spoken and written (at least level B2).

Specific Requirements

Additional requirements:

  • teaching experience;
  • articles published in journals indexed by the Polish Ministry of Education and Science;
  • conducting scientific research related to 3D printing issues;
  • completed industry training in enhancing qualifications in the 3D printing field.
