Te āheinga: The opportunity

As Programme Coordinator for the School of Applied Business you'll support the Head of School and Academic Programme Managers in ensuring our postgraduate programmes are designed, developed and reviewed regularly to ensure student and stakeholder outcomes are met.

You'll support excellence in teaching and learning along with strategic liaison with lecturers, industry and any related professional or regulatory bodies.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our academic programme management, providing essential support to ensure the success and evolution of our educational initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding the development, implementation, and evaluation of our programmes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

You'll have:

  • Demonstrated proven experience in coordination and administration - including preparation and distribution of documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills - to effectively manage multiple programmes, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Advanced skills in Office - including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills - a proven ability to deal with a wide range of people, including academic staff, service centres and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving - ability to identify issues before they arise and take initiatives to address them effectively.
