Customer Service Coordinator
Part time role 8.5 hours per week providing reception & administration support at our onsite gym facilities.
Mō te tūka | The role
Are you a people person with a passion for creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for a friendly and proactive Coordinator to be the face of Whare Hākinakina, Lincoln University Gym.
Located at the front desk of our state-of-the-art gym facilities, you'll be the first point of contact for members, staff, and visitors—ready to assist with queries, sign up new members, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and following up on membership enquiries.
- Providing financial administration support for memberships.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the centre's operations.
Hours of work:
- Thursday: 6:00 pm - 9:15 pm
- Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5:15 pm
This is a permanent, part-time role (8.5 hours per week), based at our Lincoln Campus. You'll also need to have the flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.
Salary: $54,359 per annum, pro rata (approx. $27.80 per hour).
