Position Summary

INFANT Research Centre is now accepting applications for an enthusiastic and committed Clinical Nurse Manager to work within the INFANT team based at Cork University Hospital and Cork University Maternity Hospital.  As a large maternal and child health research centre, INFANT’s studies include pregnant women and children.

The Clinical Nurse Manager will work on clinical research studies related to maternal and child health at the INFANT Research Centre. The Clinical Nurse Manager will assist INFANT Principal Investigators in the day-to-day management of the research studies including obtaining informed consent to participate, data collection and data entry to research databases, co-ordinating follow-up appointments, assisting in follow-up clinics, and conducting family surveys. The Clinical Nurse Manager will work closely with the INFANT Quality Team to maintain good documentation practices and to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Two part time candidates can also be considered for this role.

Project Title: Various INFANT Projects

Post Duration: 24 Months

Salary: Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Scale (€56,081- €66,045)
