In addition to teamwork, empathy, and a strong command of the German language, the candidate is expected to actively participate in academic self-governance and contribute to the further development of the degree programme in cooperation with the institute’s leadership. Since this is a teaching-focused professorship, the teaching load amounts to 12 teaching hours per week.
