one (1) teacher (M/F) to the scientific-educational employment position of Assistant Professor, for the scientific area of Social Sciences, scientific field of Economics, at the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities at University of Slavonski Brod (permanent position, part-time 20%),In addition to the general conditions as stipulated in the Labour Act (Official Gazette no. 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22. and 64/23), the candidates for the position must meet the conditions as stipulated in the Scientific Activity and Higher Education Act (Official Gazette 119/22), the Statute of University of Slavonski Brod, and the Ordinance on the Election/Re-election to Titles and Corresponding Employment Positions of University of Slavonski Brod. The Statute, the Decision and the Ordinance are posted to the website of University of Slavonski Brod (www.unisb.hr ). The candidates for the position under Ad. 1. And 2., shall apply to the Open Call while mandatorily providing the documents pursuant to Form 2: Application to the Open Call for election to the scientific-educational employment position of Assistant Professor - Prijava na natječaj za izbor u znanstveno-nastavno radno mjesto docenta. Ad. 1. - priority is given to candidates who have experience in the field of: Supply Management, Organisation Management, Project Management. Ad. 2. - priority is given to candidates who have experience in Methodology of Mathematics in higher education.

The candidates for the position under Ad. 3., shall apply to the Open Call while mandatorily providing the documents pursuant to Form 4: Application to the Open Call for election to the associate employment position of Teaching Assistant - Prijava na natječaj za izbor na suradničko radno mjesto asistent. The candidates for the position under Ad.3. who meet the formal requirements of the Open Call and have submitted the required documentation shall be subjected to obligatory testing / interview of their expertise and motivation. All candidates will be informed via e-mail of the date and place of testing. Candidates who do not attend the interview will be considered to have withdrawn their application. The Open Call candidates of foreign nationality are required to provide a proof of the Croatian language proficiency pursuant to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and must enclose a certified translation of foreign higher education qualification. The individuals of either gender may apply for the job opening under the same conditions. Late or incomplete applications shall not be taken into consideration.

The Open Call candidates who exercise the right to benefit under a special law are obliged to invoke the right to apply for and to enclose evidence of such status, as well as the certificate issued by the Croatian Employment Service of being unemployed, not older than the date of publication of this Open Call, as proof of the manner in which the employment relationship with the last employer was terminated. These candidates have an advantage over the other candidates only under the same conditions.
