Professor Carl Ernst's lab is looking to hire a highly motivated research assistant 1to join their team.
Main responsibilities include;
- Cell culture maintenance and cell differentiation. Cell types include iPSCs and brain-like neurons
- RNA and DNA preparation
- Western blotting and other proteomic techniques implementation
- Metabolomic and mass spectrometry sample preparation
- Students’ projects support
- Grant and manuscript support in figure and data preparation
