Hiring Unit:
Athletics and recreation
Position Summary:

Reporting to the assistant Manager of the Sports Medicine Clinic, the office assistant will be providing customized service according to client needs and according to McGill Sport Medicine Clinic standards and protocol.

Duties:

  • Scheduling new and follow-up appointments
  • Providing and creating invoices
  • Patient registration
  • Answering incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary.
  • Other front desk related tasks


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • Aptitude for customer service
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask
  • Knowledge of French and English. McGill University is an English-language university where day-to-day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing

Hours to replace shifts include:
Lunch Shift between 11:30a.m. and 2:30p.m.    

Evening Shift between 3:30p.m. and 8:15p.m.


Minimum Education and Experience:


High School Diploma Minimal or No Related Experience


Hourly Salary:


(AMUSE A) $16.00
