Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief/Deputy Invigilators, the Exam Office Assistant supports the Crowdmark exam process by handling administrative tasks related to digital exam preparation and management.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organizing and preparing exam materials for digital processing and distribution.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping of exam submissions and materials.
- Assisting with the distribution and tracking of exams through platforms.
- Providing basic support for troubleshooting and resolving issues with the exam process.
- Communicating with professors and invigilators to assist with exam-related queries.
- Performing general office duties and supporting the smooth execution of the exam session.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with basic digital tools and platforms. Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team.Punctuality and availability for the full duration of the employment period.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma Minimal or No Related Experience
Hourly Salary:
(AMUSE A) $17.00
