Position Summary:

Reporting to the Chief/Deputy Invigilators, the Exam Office Assistant supports the Crowdmark exam process by handling administrative tasks related to digital exam preparation and management.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Organizing and preparing exam materials for digital processing and distribution.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of exam submissions and materials.
  • Assisting with the distribution and tracking of exams through platforms.
  • Providing basic support for troubleshooting and resolving issues with the exam process.
  • Communicating with professors and invigilators to assist with exam-related queries.
  • Performing general office duties and supporting the smooth execution of the exam session.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with basic digital tools and platforms. Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team.Punctuality and availability for the full duration of the employment period.


Minimum Education and Experience:


High School Diploma Minimal or No Related Experience


Hourly Salary:


(AMUSE A) $17.00
