Summer 2025 Course Lecturer Position

The Department of Economics is inviting applications for a course lecturer position to teach in Summer 2025. Please include your Cover Letter and Curriculum Vitae and if applicable a copy of your Study/Work Permit. A brief course outline is optional.
ECON 209-001 Macroeconomic Analysis and Applications (3 Credits - CAP 180)
A university-level introduction to national income determination, money and banking, inflation, unemployment and economic policy.
Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Doctoral level study in Economics, including completed comprehensive examinations for the PhD, or completed PhD degree in Economics;
Evidence of highly effective teaching ability or of superior communications skills and potential for teaching excellence;
The candidate's area of specialization should be as close as possible to that of the course being offered;
Experience as a teaching assistant for a course is an asset.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:05 am-01:25 pm, June 5, 2025 – July 8, 2025. Location: MDHAR G-10.
