Offer Description

In your capacity as the coordinator of the ULiege–Safran Aero Boosters partnership, you will be responsible for coordinating, organising, operationalising, and managing the activities detailed below :

  • Monitor the activities of Safran Aero Boosters and the University of Liège to identify potential research topics in aerodynamics, thermics, and mechanics.
  • Keep track of regional, national, and international funding opportunities to identify the right resources and bring to fruition the research projects identified by both partners.
  • Assemble appropriate research teams for these projects.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and participate in the drafting of research proposals in order to maximise funding success.
  • Ensure the successful completion of research projects and related objectives.
  • Oversee other aspects of the partnership, such as training programmes, theses, internships, and student projects.
  • Develop a self-funding strategy for your position.
  • Facilitate interactions between the University of Liège and Safran Aero Boosters by organising periodic steering committees and coordinating the network of researchers involved in projects funded through this partnership.
  • Promote the partnership (ULiege–Safran Aero Boosters) both internally and externally.
