Job profile:
Your tasks:
- Independent research activities in the field of modelling urban water systems and artificial, explainable intelligence
- Independent organisation of courses and holding of examinations
- Supervision of bachelor theses and co-supervision of master and doctoral theses
- Participation in the processing, submission and coordination of national and international third-party funded projects
- Training and further education programmes
- Collaboration in organisational and administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed, relevant doctoral or PhD studies (technical sciences, civil and environmental engineering)
- Excellent knowledge in the field of modelling of water supply and drainage systems, artificial intelligence
- Very good programming skills (Python, Matlab)
- Proven publication experience
- Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills
- Experience in the acquisition and management of national and international third-party funded projects
- Leadership skills in dealing with student employees and project staff
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Enthusiasm for university research
