Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten im Bereich MINT-Didaktik zur Erlangung eines Doktortitels

Job Duties:

  • Conducting research projects in STEAM and STEM education within international project teams, including project management and administrative tasks
  • Researching the use of technology in education, particularly in connection with sustainability and intercultural aspects
  • Publishing scientific articles and contributing to dissemination activities (e.g., webinars, workshops, conferences)
  • Developing and delivering university courses and supporting the supervision of Bachelor’s theses
  • Assisting in the development of third-party funding proposals and other research grant applications

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed Master’s degree in a STEM field, STEM teacher education, or a related discipline
  • Experience in academic research, particularly in writing and publishing scientific articles as well as conference organization
  • Solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and data collection in educational research
  • Excellent English and German skills (B2)
  • Experience in planning and conducting research projects
  • Experience in writing research proposals
