Graduate Teaching Assistant (must hold a Diploma/Master’s degree) for a 20-hour/week (part-time), four-year position

Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten im Bereich MINT-Didaktik zur Erlangung eines Doktortitels
Job Duties:
- Conducting research projects in STEAM and STEM education within international project teams, including project management and administrative tasks
- Researching the use of technology in education, particularly in connection with sustainability and intercultural aspects
- Publishing scientific articles and contributing to dissemination activities (e.g., webinars, workshops, conferences)
- Developing and delivering university courses and supporting the supervision of Bachelor’s theses
- Assisting in the development of third-party funding proposals and other research grant applications
Your Qualifications:
- Completed Master’s degree in a STEM field, STEM teacher education, or a related discipline
- Experience in academic research, particularly in writing and publishing scientific articles as well as conference organization
- Solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and data collection in educational research
- Excellent English and German skills (B2)
- Experience in planning and conducting research projects
- Experience in writing research proposals

- On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,714.80 gross per month (14 x per year, CA Job Grade: B1)
