- A strong track record of first-author publications (or a developing track record for level B) in high-impact international peer-reviewed journals
- Experience of grant submissions and external funding acquisition
- Experience in data preparation, data management, and analysis of large, population-based linked administrative health and clinical datasets
- Advanced biostatistical analytical skills, e.g., geospatial analysis, multilevel or generalised models, causal inference methods
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team of researchers while demonstrating respect and an understanding of the value other disciplines can contribute to developing comprehensive solutions to complex problems.
