  • Base salary range: $91,833 – $97,052 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

  • Provide the delivery of business analysis and requirements gathering, process re-design and improvements.
  • Coordinate testing strategies and plans for student management system solutions and services
  • Ensure robust and consistent delivery across the University in a reasonable timeframe.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualification, ITIL certification, or equivalent competency.
  • Relevant experience as a systems functionality expert in large and complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, testing and verification.
  • Ability to write SQL.
  • Knowledge of the Higher Education sector, and business process engineering methods is desirable.
